Lindsay Lohan At Paparazzo: "You Caused Your Own Injuries"

According to legal docs, Lindsay Lohan believes a paparazzo foolishly stepped in front of her car back in 2010 and it's his own fault he got hit.




In detail, a photographer named Grigor Balyan filed a lawsuit against Lohan in January, stating he was shooting her car as it drove away from a Hollywood nightclub and her assistant plowed into him under Lindsay's direction, causing him orthopedic and neurologic injuries.

As for Lindsay, she is undoubtedly ready to go to war over the allegations, filing her response in L.A. County Superior this week, claiming Balyan "carelessly put himself near a moving automobile" and caused his own injuries.

Lindsay insists she shouldn't have to pay him a dime.

Lindsay Lohan And Lady Gaga Sleepover

Who could have ever imagined that Lady Gaga and Lindsay Lohan were this close?





Mother Monster had a sleepover with Lindsay and photographer Ellen von Unwerth at Lindsay's frequent hangout, the super-exclusive Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood earlier this month and now she's sharing some photos from the girls' night out.

Like any good sleepover, the girls obviously played dress-up, Lindsay sporting a fur coat in some photos and Lady Gaga wearing a shiny tiara and jewels. "I love to stay up late and take pictures of beautiful celebrities," Gaga writes in a caption for one of the three photos she posted on her website LittleMonsters.com.

But the two's surprising friendship isn't as random as one might speculate. Mother Monster just announced that she'll be making her film debut in Robert Rodriguez's "Machete Kills", and as we all know Lindsay starred in the original 2010 film "Machete".

Lindsay Lohan's Bizarre Sex Scene Demand

Lindsay Lohan hesitated to shoot a steamy sex scene for her new movie "The Canyons" last week, but according to reports she briefly changed her mind after the crew fulfilled an unbeleivable unusual request.


Sources connected with production reveal that the scene required Lindsay to go topless, but she was so uncomfortable with the idea of baring her boobs in front of the set's 10-man crew, she asked them to get naked with her...

The crew was reasonably hesitant at first but according to sources, they finally obliged, stripping down and shooting the whole scene in their boxers... and it all went off without a hitch.

Isn't it weird for Lindsay to feel uncomfortable with the idea of baring her breasts given the fact that she posed nude in one of the most widely-viewed Playboy issues of all time?

Lindsay Lohan: Fender Bender Again !

This is unbeleivable!

 
Lindsay Lohan was just involved (again!) in a car accident, but luckily, this one didn't require trucks or ambulances.

To be more exact, accident-prone Lindsay chose to get behind the wheel of her black Porsche Panamera after a shopping trip in Beverly Hills this afternoon.

A short while later, while cruising down Sunset Boulevard, Lindsay tapped the back of a silver Mustang that wasn't moving.

A woman in the Mustang claims: "We were sitting at a light and somebody hit us."

The woman reveals that a male passenger in Lindsay's car apologized and left his phone number before telling her they had to keep going because paparazzi were following them.





It has to be mentioned that the Mustang's damage seems to be extremely minor and cosmetic. It's unclear if Lindsay's car suffered any bumps or dings.

When it comes to car accidents, Lindsay is extremely unlucky...

Lindsay Lohan Suicide Photo Shoot With Terry Richardson !

Lindsay Lohan has posed once again for controversial photographer Terry Richardson at one of her favorite haunts, the "Chateau Marmont" in Los Angeles.







It has to be noted that some of the shots may have been too edgy even for the boundary-pushing pair.

In several of the photos, Lohan is depicted with a gun, including images meant to evoke suicide.

The gun pics have since been pulled from Richardson’s website.

In the other photos, two of Lindsay's more regular accessories -exposed nipples and cigarettes - are prominently featured.

Sky Ferreira also makes an appearance.

 Just in the rare case you have missed it, Lohan was the centerpiece of a similar black-and-white Richardson spread back in February.

Lindsay Lohan Violated Movie Rules By Driving !

Lindsay Lohan was reportedly not allowed to drive while shooting "Liz and Dick," because the insurance policy the production company took out made it more than clear that Lindsay was prohibited from getting behind the wheel.

Sources connected with the production reveal that the insurance company that issued the policy, which would take a major hit if Lindsay couldn't complete the film, was extremely reluctant to take the risk.The insurance company set many conditions on its coverage, one of which was banning Lindsay from the roads which have landed her in major trouble numerous times ( DUIs, car accidents etc.)

Sources claim the honchos producing the movie was aware of the fact that Lindsay was driving in violation of the policy, but it appears no one cared, that is until Lindsay hit a Porsche on Pacific Coast Highway, with a production SUV following right behind her.

As for the consequences, so far the insurance company hasn't attempted to cancel the policy or take other action.  For its part, the production company has made it crystal clear to Lindsay that she is not to drive for the duration of the filming.

Lindsay Lohan Tweets About 911 Call And Paramedics

Lindsay Lohan felt the need to enlighten us of the incident that occurred Friday, where paramedics were sent to her hotel room following a 911 call that she was "unresponsive."

Early Saturday morning Lindsay tweeted: "Note to self..After working 85hours in 4days, and being up all night shooting, be very aware that you might pass out from exhaustion &" and  in a second tweet wrote: "7 paramedics MIGHT show up @ your door...Hopefully they're cute.  Otherwise it would be a real let down. XL."

For those who have missed it, paramedics raced to Lindsay's room at the Ritz-Carlton hotel when producers couldn't reach her after a break and called paramedics.

It has to be mentioned that Lindsay and her rep both insist she was just exhausted from the heavy shooting schedule for her TV movie "Liz & Dick" and as a consequence she had fallen into a deep sleep.

Lindsay Lohan: Pal Involved In Murder Under The Influence Of Drugs

A couple weeks ago he was kissing with Lindsay Lohan in his swanky Hollywood art gallery and now ex felon Jacob Anthonisen is a person of interest in a murder investigation according to reports. Sources close to Jacob suspect drugs were involved.

Jacob Anthonisen, 37 , art dealer to the celebrities, who runs with the likes of Lohan, Emile Hirsch, Mickey Avalon, Taryn Manning and Lady Victoria Hervey, is involved in a Hollywood murder mystery straight out of the movies.

In detail, on June 9 a decomposing body was found in the back of a Cadillac Escalade registered to Anthonisen in a parking lot in the West Hollywood area of Los Angeles, which was identified on Thursday as Steven John Simmons – Anthonisen’s stepbrother – and the cause of death was determined as gunshot wound to the chest.

"He has been involved with some very dangerous people in the past, and we are worried that they have something to do with this," a close pal of Anthonisen's exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

Anthonisen, who owns "The Peanut Gallery" in Los Angeles, has been missing since May 31 and several of his friends and relatives are worried and concerned about him.

"At this point, everyone is just hoping he is alive and well," the pal stated.

"But it's no secret that he served time in prison for drugs, so it's something to consider when wondering what happened here. The circumstances lead us to believe drugs played a role."

Though he has been running in the most exclusive Hollywood circles for more than a decade, Anthonisen served two years in prison from 2003-2005 for drug-related felony charges in Arizona.

The last photo uploaded on Anthonisen's Instagram account before he went missing was a photo of Lohan on May 26 in his art gallery — yet, Lohan has made no public mention or statement regarding her missing friend.

Lindsay Lohan Hospitalized: Found Unconscious

According to reports, Lindsay Lohan was found unconscious in the penthouse of the Ritz-Carlton on Friday morning and was transported to a local hospital.

ABC 7 News reports the incident took place in Marina del Rey. Paramedics were called at 10:15 a.m.

It has to be noted that Lohan, 25, is currently filming the "Liz & Dick" film in the Marina del Rey area.

A source close to Lindsay revealed:  "She's fine and we're hoping she will be released soon."

Poor Lindsay...This girl needs help ASAP!

Lindsay Lohan Jewish

When Lindsay Lohan had been dating her Jewish girlfriend,  Samantha Ronson, she converted to Judaism in 2009 in a bid to prove her devotion to her.

Although raised a Catholic, Lindsay announced in 2009 she was planning to change her faith on her Facebook page.

It has to be noted that when Lindsay was in London, she joined her girlfriend (then) Samantha at the Bar Mitzvah of the DJ's half-brother Joshua Ronson at the Westminster Synagogue on Saturday.

After taking part in the service, Lindsay then went to the nearby Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge to celebrate Joshua's "coming of age".

Showing her seriousness about converting then, Lindsay had also visited the synagogue the day before with Samantha and her designer sister Charlotte.

Entering the synagogue, a photographer asked Lindsay if she was switching religions, to which she replied: "I'm trying."

Lindsay then even updated her Facebook status writing: "I'm converting".

Lindsay's change of religion was undeniably surprised her family then, who come from a long line of Catholics.

In detail, her great-grandfather John L. Sullivan was one of the founders of the Long Island Pro-Life Party.

Her estranged father Michael Lohan rediscovered his relationship with God during a period in jail and now works as a minister.

Michael stated : "She's exploring Judaism right now. She's explored the Church of Scientology, she tried Kabbalah, and now this. I think it's just another phase. But either way, she's involving God in her life, and I'm happy about that."

Lindsay Lohan Worries About Nudity In Upcoming Movie !

According to reports, Lindsay Lohan hasn't yet signed the contract to star in Bret Easton Ellis' new movie "The Canyons" because of concerns about doing full frontal nudity in the movie.  

It has to be noted that Lindsay, 25, has been cast in the famous author's next movie. He tweeted the news on Monday, stating: "Shooting THE CANYONS starring James Deen and Lindsay Lohan: July 9-31 in L.A. Could not have dreamed of a better cast. Lindsay nailed it..."

The description of the movie on Imdb is "Youth, glamor, sex and Los Angeles, circa 2012," which appears to be a perfect fit for Lohan. As it was said on a previous post, her co-star is James Deen, a porn star whose most recent adult film is listed as "Dallas: A XXX Parody. Deen was recently voted the porn industry's "Male Performer Of The Year" and has starred in 4000 X-rated movies!

Even though Lindsay was cast in the role, it's not a done deal. "She hasn't officially signed the contract yet," a source close to the Lindsay revealed.

"Lindsay and her team are concerned about the nudity that is involved. Lindsay would be required to do full frontal nudity, and the sex scenes are very, very graphic. Yes, Lindsay has posed nude for Playboy, but doing it in a movie is completely different. Lindsay needs to make sure that she is comfortable with it, and that this is something she can handle as an artist. It's expected that Lindsay will sign the contract in the next two weeks, as filming begins at the beginning of July. Lindsay has admired Bret's work for a very long time, and one of her favorite movies is Less Than Zero," the source added.

Chris Gardner: "I Did Drugs With Lindsay Lohan And Naomi Campbell"

A former Hollywood Reporter and People magazine reporter is claiming he did drugs with both Lindsay Lohan and Naomi Campbell.

In detail, Chris Gardner was interviewed as part of a special ABC 20/20 look at Sunset Boulevard Saturday night.

Gardner explains: "My job was not only to socialize with the people that I was covering, but to get exclusive news before anyone else. And it's a really competitive game. My first week on the job, my editor said, "I want you to become friends with Paris and Nikki, and Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears.""

Gardner became so famous he could simply text a star like Lohan for a story. However, there was also a dark side to his glamorous job of living it up with celebrities. It led to a dangerous addiction to drugs, including cocaine. He didn’t just feed his own addiction, he also provided drugs for the celebrities he partied with.

"Chris would be the guy who would leave the nightclub," claims LA crime reporter for "The Daily Beast", Christine Pelisek. "He'd go downstairs and wait a half an hour while the dealer pulls up. He deals with them, he gets the coke. And then he goes back in, 'cause the celebrities, God forbid, you know, they go out and get their own stuff."

Gardner revealed he's also bought drugs from dealers for other celebrities.

Lindsay Lohan: No Blood Test Requested By Cops After Car Crash

According to reports, The Santa Monica Police didn't request a blood sample from Lindsay Lohan when she was in the emergency room after she rear ended a big rig truck last Friday.

For those who have missed it, Lohan rear ended the dump truck on Pacific Coast Highway. The Porsche, driven by Lindsay, was totaled and the accident sent Lindsay and her assistant to the emergency room. Both were later released and miraculously didn't suffer serious injuries.

"Lindsay was given a portable breathalizer test along with several other field sobriety tests and she passed them all," a source close to Lindsay revealed. 

"She did everything that was asked of her and cooperated fully. This is why the cops didn't request a blood sample from Lindsay, as they concluded that she wasn't under the influence and didn't need to be given a blood test. Lindsay was shaken up obviously about the accident, but that is to be expected. The cops told her that she was lucky to be alive, and her seat belt absolutely saved her life," the source added.

It has to be noted that Lohan has returned on set this week filming "Liz & Dick", the Lifetime television movie based on the love affair between Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.

Meanwhile, reports circulated earlier this week that cops found a plastic bottle containing alcohol in the trunk of the car, however, Sergeant Richard Lewis of the Santa Monica Police Department has told various media outlets: "There was no container retrieved from the vehicle. There was a container found in the debris by the side of the road but that doesn’t mean it came from the car."

"Lindsay absolutely emphatically maintains that the alcohol wasn't hers. Again, the police don't suspect drugs or alcohol had any role in the crash. Lindsay was 100% sober at the time of the accident," the insider states. Lohan remains on informal probation in her past necklace theft case.

Lindsay Lohan Car Crash: "My Brakes Failed!"

According to reports, Lindsay Lohan is now telling friends the brakes on her rented Porsche didn't work and that's the reason why she slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler.

In detail, in the moments following the accident, Lindsay claimed the semi-truck cut her off and that is what caused the car  accident. The driver of the truck revealed that was not the case and has witnesses to back up his story. 

According to sources, Lindsay is sticking with the "truck cut me off!!!" story, but with a twist. In fact, Lindsay claims she slammed on the brakes but nothing.  In addition, somehow Lindsay states she was told the brakes on the rental were replaced two days before the car crash.

Lindsay is telling people she feels lucky to be alive, having only suffered cuts and bruises and no serious injuries.

Judging by her driving history with the many DUI cases she is involved , maybe she just needs a driver.

Lindsay Lohan Lied To Police After Car Crash !

Law enforcement sources stated that Lindsay Lohan had lied to cops Friday by telling them she was not driving the Porsche that slammed into a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway and as a consequence she could be prosecuted and her probation could be revoked.

According to reports, when Lindsay was in the hospital getting checked out after the accident, cops from the Santa Monica Police Department paid a visit.  Lindsay told police she was a passenger in the Porsche and her assistant was driving. But the lie didn't stick because later Lindsay's assistant told police Lindsay was behind the wheel.

Unfortunately for Lindsay, the police were writing up a report that included Lindsay's lie. Of course, it's a crime to provide false information to a police officer.  In addition, lying to police could trigger a probation violation in her shoplifting case, which means Lindsay faces the possibility of jail on 2 fronts.

Several eyewitnesses at the scene revealed that after the car crash, Lindsay and her assistant both got out of the car on the passenger side, which means Lindsay had to climb over the console.  It seems that Lindsay had concocted the lie almost immediately after impact.

Now it's well known the reason why Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, was rushing to the hospital. She was well aware that police were interviewing her client and wanted to protect her. 

Sadly for Lindsay, Holley got there a little too late.

Lindsay doesn't appear too concerned about her situation judging by the fact that she went back to work on the set of her Lifetime movie "Liz and Dick" looking cool, calm and collected.

Lindsay Lohan Full Frontal Nudity Next To Porn Star James Deen

Lindsay Lohan was set to portray "Deep Throat" porn star Linda Lovelace. But months after she was dropped from the film, Lindsay Lohan is set to star alongside a bonafide porn star James Deen.

 

Currently starring as Elizabeth Taylor in the biopic "Liz & Dick", Lindsay's next role will be opposite porn actor Deen, in a film about "youth, glamour, sex, and Los Angeles."

It has to be noted that Lohan is working hard to revive her fading acting career and will be required to appear naked in the movie.

Ellis had warned potential castmembers that the leads in the film have "to act and be full frontal naked b***ing girls and guys, realistically".

"The Canyons" has been written by controversial "American Psycho" author Bret Easton Ellis and plans to reveal the seedy underbelly of LA life not seen in glossy shows such as MTV reality show "The Hills".

As for Deen, he is the porn industry's "Male Performer of the Year" and has featured in over 4000 X-rated films!

James Deen is also famous as "The Ryan Gosling of Porn" .  Deen will play the lead character Christian, a "handsome, fit, a power player and major manipulator", who enjoys setting up three-ways and filming them".

Last night, Easton Ellis confirmed on Twitter that both Lindsay and  Deen were signed up.

He tweeted: "Shooting THE CANYONS starring James Deen and Lindsay Lohan: July 9-31 in L.A. Could not have dreamed of a better cast. Lindsay nailed it…" wrote @BretEastonEllis. "I am beyond thrilled."

It has to be said that "The Canyons", previously being developed as a TV series, will be directed by veteran director Paul Schrader ("American Gigolo", "Taxi Driver", "Raging Bull").

Porn star Deen's reaction was somewhat more explicit:"Me too!!!!!! Ejaculating is over rated but still pretty damn awesome."

The independent film will be shot over 20-days on a budget of just $200,000!
